Ramseyer Cooperative Credit Union held its 15th annual general meeting under the theme “REPOSITIONING OURSELVES TO MEET THE CHANGING ECONOMY”. Addressing the members, Mr. Kemevour gave thanks to the Almighty God, Board of Directors, Committees, staff and general members for their commitment and support during his tenure of office.
The opening of two new branches at Sokoban, (Wood Village) and Ejisu, incorporation of Susu operation section to the credit union, acquisition of land at Dadiesoaba to commence the construction of RCCU head office and six building plots also at Donyina near KNUST were some of the achievements during Mr. Kemevour’s tenure of office. He ended by encouraging the incoming Board of Directors to ensure that the strategic plans are implemented to aid the vision of constructing an office complex for Ramseyer Cooperative Credit Union Limited.
Speaking at the meeting, The Chief Executive Officer - Mr. Kennedy Yeboah made members to understand that the technological advancement at this era requires that the union reposition itself to meet the changing environment. “RCCU cares because we are R- Reliable, C- Customer Focused, C-Current, U- Unique. This forms part of our revised Mission, Vision and Core Values of the union.” He stated that Repositioning Ourselves to meet the changing environment can be achieved through Member Loyalty and Advocacy, Capital Adequacy, Branding and Visibility.
